I'm Elisabeth
A little chapter from my own story
I grew up near Munich in Germany. I moved to Sydney in 2014 at 23 years old, which is when I started my first photography business.
There is no specific moment I look back on and pinpoint as the moment I got into photography. I have always been deeply passionate about preserving memories and documenting beauty wherever I could find it, so doing this professionally was always the natural conclusion. But back when I started my first business, I was still trying to figure out what I liked to shoot most and so I shot everything and everyone coming my way, from food to weddings to families.
That immediately changed when I gave birth to my first daughter. I experienced the most incredible feeling of love and connection when I first held her in my arms and I knew this was the start of the most powerful human experience in my life. I realised then, that motherhood was what I wanted to focus on in my photography.
My second daughter was born two years later. Now they are not so little anymore and it has been such a bitter-sweet feeling watching my two babies grow every day. I am so grateful to have memories in form of photographs of every stage of my daughters’ lives so far. These images are my most valued possessions and have only become more and more valuable as time passes by.
This is why I am so passionate about wanting to preserve all these precious moments of your motherhood story too.

One of the best parts about being a family photographer is getting to know and connect with other mothers - even if our paths only ever cross for an hour during our session.
With empathy and gentleness I nurture an environment that makes room for genuine connection, which in my experience leads to trust. A place of trust is a place where we can create soul-filled, authentic images together.
My aim is to make you feel SEEN in your images, not just as a mother, but as a woman stepping into her feminine power along her path into motherhood.
