THE STUDIO
A Luxurious, safe and comfortable Space for New Mothers and babies
All my beautiful mamas tell me how comfortable and at home they immediately feel here. The studio is a luxurious space, filled with natural light through generous big windows. It also has everything you need as a new mum: A couch to relax on, snacks, cold beverages, coffee, tea, a fridge, kettle and a microwave to warm bottles. The studio is spacious enough for the whole family. Grandparents are welcome. My studio is located in Menai - Sutherland Shire / Sydney.

Ideal Newborn Session Age, When To Book, Newborn Safety
WHAT IS THE IDEAL AGE FOR A NEWBORN SESSION?
Ideally your baby is around 2 weeks old. Babies at that age are very sleepy and love to curl naturally and comfortably in those beautiful womb-like poses we love.
I also love capturing babies at 3 months old. Baby is still little enough for newborn-like photos but awake windows are longer and we see some big smiles and baby's beautiful personality shining through.
Many parents book their newborn sessions intentionally at 3 months for this reason.
With all that said, I love capturing babies of any age and we always get beautiful images no matter what age your baby is.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?
While I will always try to accomodate last minute bookings, it is best to book before your baby is born. I leave enough flexibility in my calendar to reschedule your session if your baby is born early or overdue.
- Absolutely! First and foremost - I don't do any dangerous and unnatural posing. My poses all reflect how your baby used to curl up naturally in the womb (they still love to be all curled up when they are newborns!) or are posed safely in your arms.
- Hygiene. I wash my hands non-stop with soap and reschedule if I have any symptoms.
- Vaccinations. My household is vaccinated against whooping cough, covid and flu vaccines are kept up to date.
- Over 10 years of experience in conducting newborn sessions gently and safely
